HOW CAN I REGISTER TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
Anyone can register to attend the conference by completing the registration located online. You must select the appropriate category to be confirmed, i.e. if you are a BLLA member, you would select the membership category (hotel, supplier, designer, etc.) or the non-member category. HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF BLLA IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE LOWER CONFERENCE FEE?
You may apply to become an official member of BLLA whether you are a hotel, a hotel management company, a vendor or supplier or service provider, a travel agent, a student or an individual. More information and registration links are located here.
WHO ATTENDS THE CONFERENCE?
Boutique hotel owners, investors, CEO’s, developers, architects, designers, manufacturers, vendors and other influential thought-leaders in hospitality and related lifestyle and boutique industries. Also, those desiring to expand into the boutique hotel world as well as soft-brand hotel executives.
HOW CAN I BECOME A SPONSOR OF THE CONFERENCE?

WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY? CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION?
There are no refunds after April 1st, 2018. However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee. For questions concerning transfers please contact: Alec at email@example.com
MY COLLEAGUE WOULD LIKE TO COME HEAR MY PANEL. CAN I GET A PASS?
While BLLA would love to accommodate all speaker requests, it is simply not possible. We require all attendees to be properly registered through the conference site and wear a badge always to enter the conference space and pass through Security.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE ORGANIZER ABOUT PRESENTING/MODERATING A PANEL?
We normally do not accept speaking requests but you can still attend and/or sponsor.
You can wear a suit or you can wear Gucci’s latest sweat suit. We have a special love for those you have a cool sense of style!
WILL THE PANEL DISCUSSIONS, KEYNOTES AND INTERVIEWS BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AFTER THE CONFERENCE?
Yes, the full day will be recorded. Conference attendees will receive the private link shortly after the conference.
HOW DO I OBTAIN A PRESS PASS FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Must have published work within the last 3 months. Please send link to relevant articles, stories or reviews to firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a press pass. Please note that until Ariela has approved your pass, your registration is invalid.
