John Meadow is the founder and president of LDV Hospitality. Focused on concept and business development, John drives the creative process for the company, envisioning restaurants and bringing them to life, as well as forging new partnerships with hotel developers & celebrity chefs alike.

John founded LDV Hospitality in 2008 and today, the LDV portfolio boasts a range of concepts from the critically acclaimed American Cut, Scarpetta, and Dolce to the casual yet elegant indulgence of Corso Coffee bars. Currently LDV Hospitality has 27 locations throughout the U.S. Prior to creating LDV, John began his career as a manager at the Oak Room and then Beverage Director at New York City’s Plaza Hotel.
